Go Rush signed a one-year contract with the Town and Country Planning Department (TCP) on August 8 to become the official delivery partner.
Signing on behalf of Go Rush was its co-founder Yati Omar while Shahrom Hj Suhaimi, the Commissioner of TCP, signed on for his department.
The purpose of the service is to provide the public and customers of TCP, especially the Qualified Persons (QPs) and Licensed Land Surveyors (LLS) for the submission of application documents to the TCP and the subsequent submission of planning approval letter to the applicant.
This service is one of the department’s initiatives to improve the quality of service for the public to be more efficient and in support of the Government’s efforts in providing a convenient platform for businesses in Brunei.
Users of the Go Rush service only have to pay a minimum fee for each delivery depending on the area and type of service.
The public in particular the QPS and LLS who wish to use the service can register online at https://tcp.gorushbn.com/.
One-time registration is required.
Payment must be made by cash through bank transfer of QuickPay prior to delivery or by cash on delivery upon receipt of relevant documents.
TCP hopes that this service will be able to benefit the customers.
